And to appreciate in the garden how God began to reveal it, by Himself and the WORD of promise in His own bosom, as He shed the blood of the first animal lamb to clothe Adam and Eve in the "blessed Hope" of immortality.
The promise of Christ and immortality for all humanity, was sealed in the reproductive egg of Eve at the moment of her formation in virginity, by separation from the substance of Adam formed in the image of Jesus Christ. This is what God did from the beginning and the true biblical agency of the concept of immaculate conception.
Eve, was formed from Adam in a model of regeneration and distinction unique from his own origin in creation.
The virgin Mary's mother and herself included, were all carrying the seed of promise vested in the virginity of Eve until the manifestation of His WORD in the belly of Mary for the single event manifestation and absolute performance of God's prophetic word from the beginning when He said "Let there be light" in the midst of the darkness and separated the "Light" in distinction and separation from the darkness of all the rest in the shadow of His appearing.
And having come in, the angel said to her, “Rejoice, highly favored ONE, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!”

The truth and verity of this statement is manifest in the Angelic proclamation to Mary and to Mary alone, for none who had arrived in lineage from Eve through the procreation of Adam, had ever yet been so "highly favored" as to conceive by the WORD of GOD in contradistinction to all others.
And to her alone "among (all) women", the singular honor fell, for there again the WORD is One seed alone, the "only begotten", and ever beloved Son of God.
By the time the culture of Israel had become mature and ripe for His appearing, every maid and virgin before marriage, might have had a reasonable expectation to be chosen for this honor as described in prophecy with a specific clarity by Isaiah. Saying, in most translations, The Virgin will conceive.
It was Eve, who herself was first formed in the purity of virginity, for the initiation of the prophetic promise and remained a virgin even after the sin of Adam and until after she was rejoined to Adam by the conjugation or consumation of marriage, so in this way she became the holy mother of all women and thereby only immaculate in her formation.
The hope and seed of promise that was resident in Eve, was also reserved resident in all women before consummation in marriage, and preserved a potential for that one virgin to conceive when He appeared.
Note: It should not be too difficult to ascertain that a woman could bear the Holy Child, in emulation of Eve in her virginity, a Holy set apart "seed" without sin for miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit.
Gen 3:15 God's announcement of the redemptive fact was disclosed in the witness of Satan, Adam and Eve. God apportioned responsibility to each according to His judgement in sovereignty, with the reserved promise of redemption vested in the "seed" of the virgin woman alone.
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed (sin of Adam) and "her seed"; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Which at the time of God's own appointing, (called the fulness of the time of Israel by one of the writers), He would engage His beloved "only" begotten Son, now and forever immortal in human flesh through the virgin "seed" of Eve, by the descended virgin woman, named Mary, the virgin mother of the Israel of God that is from above.
The Catholic denomination is on the right track but just need to trace back a little further than anything to do specifically with Mary's birth as though Anne her mother contributed more than the rest of women in her lineage, nor any other special operation of holiness during her own birth or thereafter upon her person except by the preservation of Eve's seed in her and the miraculous conception of Jesus, by His Holy Spirit, for Mary was herself birthed in the same fashion as every other human being aside from Jesus Himself.
The truth is found to ordain from a disposition of election by God from the very beginning by His very WORD. Verified, confirmed and made manifest to all, that at the fulness of time for Israel, He would engage a virgin in likeness to Eve before she was consummated in the nature of marriage, to give birth to His Only Begotten Son, none, had ever before in this manner came forth, nor will any forever after be brought forth in this fashion.
He is called for this reason, the 2nd man Adam, the Lord from heaven, His testimony is the Spirit of Prophecy, because He is the WORD of GOD that preceded humanity as the Alpha and came down from heaven to inhabit forever human flesh in formation by the "seed" in the virgin Mary, ascending again to His seat there, after His resurrection in the immortality of His body and is the Omega, and who alone imparts the life giving Spirit. 1 Cor 15:45
This preservation and separation of her "seed" as holy in the womb, by separation of her body from Adam's body in a model of reformation, was so reserved when God first identified His Beloved Son before He created Adam, when He said "Let there be Light".
And He thereafter fashioned all creation by the wisdom and light of Christ eternal, before sin was introduced through the fall of Adam. Eve alone was given the instrumentation of redemption in a holy "seed" in her formation while she was yet a virgin.

Great and Awesome God, Holy Father of lights, all is made manifest and exposed in clarity through the Glorious and brightly shining Light of Your beloved Son immortal in the heaven of heavens.
You give birth to immortality, through the manifest Glory of Your beloved Son, just as You ever intentioned to do before you created anything that was created and risked to death by sin, for Your glorious purpose of redemption by voluntary love returned, results to everlasting habitation ordained in a new heaven and new earth where there is only righteousness ever after, we are sealed and secured to You and the same, through Jesus Christ coming soon.
Holy Father, bring up Your holy Children through the impartation of Your Holy Spirit which belongs exclusively to Your only Begotten Son forever and in all those who receive His testimony release from heaven the empowerments of Your glorious goodness by new birth to be in this way endowed with the power to overcome the world even as You have overcome the world.
Let salvation continue to bear fruit from the first stock of humanity in the Glory of Your great harvest until You get everything You ever intended to from creation in the first nature of risk to sin and death.
Let us who believe, be greatly strengthened by Your Holy Spirit in the inner man to endure in faith and allegiance to You and You alone to Your appearing and the change to immortality at the trumpet blast and Your shout from heaven.
I love You God, I love You Jesus, I love You Holy Spirit, lead me and guide me into all truth and continue to teach me new things that I never knew before glorious things from your recorded word through Your very inspiration from heaven.
Be Glorified in my life hour by hour day by day and fill me with Your delight over me as Your precious and beloved child birthed through the power of the same Spirit that raised Your only begotten, ever beloved and immortal Son from the dead.
Let the same love you have for Your only begotten Son fill me with Your pleasure, counsel, presence and peace forever and ever as I hereby agree and pledge my heart, my life, my soul, my body to You in agreement with the prayers and purpose of Jesus as recorded here,
Father,
I desire those You have given Me
to be with Me where I am.
Then they will see My glory,
which You have given Me
because You loved Me before the world's foundation.
