Ministry of Angels to Elijah 1 Kings 19

We hear so many messages about Elijah at the mountain of encounter and mouth of the cave.

And rightly so, that is glorious!!!

Today, however, let us explore the necessity of God's intervention, and provision for his safe arrival to the cave of encounter, by two angel visitations in succession.

This is the situational report resulting on the ground succeeding Elijah's journey from the great demonstration of God's Glorious and open consummation of his offering.

It had become obvious to all that God had affirmed Elijah's word and leadership in anointed priesthood to provoke and affirm a national repentance and return to Christ at the head of the government. 1 Kings 18:36 ....let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.

He stood in confrontation against all the false prophets and the rebellious Leaders of Israel that were distracting all the people away from their pledge of National allegiance to Christ.

So, as we follow him we get a sense of his aspiration and expectation that even the King would repent and order Israel to a full restoration of allegiance to Christ, as a specific period was being afforded for the King's household to repent.

We find beginning in 1 Kings chapter 19:1 that the King indeed did carry the message he had received of Elijah back to the Capitol City. If we can go so far as to suppose the King himself was greatly moved by the demonstration and impacted with some renewed level of hope in the Lord, after all, the great rains had begun immediately, to heal the produce of the land.

Because, if we are tracking with Elijah's relationship in intercession for the King, a slight perception is revealed, he carried a hopeful expectation in his heart of a positive response from the King, as he sent him away back to the Capitol City in expectation of rain, and that the King might overcome his previous allurements and even lead Jezebel to repentance with his message and full report of God's intention to bless and restore the nation.

 And indeed a moment of space in time was thereby created for her repentance, as alluded to elsewhere in scripture saying "a space of time was offered to Jezebel" for repentance and she refused it.

I think using the comparison here from the book of Revelation reveals the strong current of truth in God's heart to offer even those who are terribly entrenched in their sin, and have lived in total opposition to Him an opportunity of salvation, in the day of His power, and as for Jezebel she became a witness forever of the stubbornly unreasonable, wicked and unrepentant fully given to Godlessness.

And as I am saying, as much as the King himself may have been impressed with the demonstration of the Lord through Elijah's intercession, she herself actually increased the activity of her aggressive campaign in opposition to the results of God's election, and open influence of His priesthood to the government of the people.

Jezebel doubled down on her efforts to manipulate and control and reverse the outcome among the people and in the capital place of leadership over the whole nation. So much so that she caused under the King's power an dictate, and edict in threat of death and dispatch of agents against Elijah, being so brash as to publicly vent her frustrations and foment a vow in opposition to all that is regarded as God.

As for Elijah in the maturation of his intercessory powers and anointing from heaven, after he had laid himself down at the foot of the evergreen tree to present himself to the Lord for either martyrdom or angelic deliverance.

He was never again, given to any occasion of subjection to the enemy powers working in authority on the present heaven and earth environment, for death at all.

But rather the agents of this world's authority were brought under subjection to his leadership and power of endorsements from heaven in influence for the remainder of his commission on earth, and so much the more that he never died at all, and never will die at all, but is secured with Christ in heaven to receive the same gift of immortality in body together with us who are alive and remain, as is afforded to all the faithful in Christ at His universal command and shout from heaven. Amen!

2  Kings 1:13

¶ Again the king sent the captain of a third fifty with his fifty. And the third captain of fifty went up and came and fell on his knees before Elijah and entreated him, “O man of God, please let my life, and the life of these fifty servants of yours, be precious in your sight.

The majesty of the King of King's authority is the administration of Jesus Christ in jealousy from heaven as demonstrated by the Church through His power to subject everything to Himself at the final and universal command to immortality.

This is the way all believers must mature to endure in this generation for whether by death or His command from heaven we will remain pledged and joined to the Lord Jesus Christ forever.

The bride of Christ must mature and endure to the end, though temporarily at risk to death, and there is a confirmation by Jesus' resurrection of the consummation to immortality at the end.

Phil 3:21

He will transform the body of our humble condition into the likeness of His glorious body, by the power that enables Him to subject everything to Himself. (Called the consummation and restitution)

In the present time afforded for a greater harvest, God preserves especially His Church and all people through safe borders and boundaries in administrations of governmental constructions. Especially the constructions of governments willing to embrace priesthood by the household of faith, in their constructions and formations. Only the Nations who honor Jesus Christ as Lord are truly blessed.

Psa 33:12

¶ Happy is the nation whose God is (Jesus Christ) — the people He has chosen to be His own possession (by voluntary allegiance to Him in new birth through His Holy Spirit of adoption in Jesus Christ)!

Phl 3:15

Therefore, all who are mature should think this way. And if you think differently about anything, God will reveal this also to you.

Amen! God bless the dear readers of this blog and encourage them in their faith and confidence in Your power to deliver and save whole households and nations through the wonder of Your everlasting Godhead and Power as demonstrated by the resurrection and enthronement of Your beloved and only begotten Son immortal in the heavens, making intercession for us. 

You oh Lord alone are exalted and yet invisible to men even in the body of Your immortality, contained in the heavens high above all principalities, powers and governments on earth, preserve us oh God and preserve our national constructions in contract with You, be jealous over the Church and be jealous over every believer, according to the power that is at work among us by Your holy Spirit, and ready to be revealed through the Church to the day of Your glorious unveiling to all, at the ending of all mortality. 

Be jealous over the Church, be jealous over America and every seat of national constructed authority consecrated to You by men and women of prayer from that very beginning, by which America was consecrated to You in a sacred trust, and of which every officer elected and/or appointed is occupied by an oath of allegiance to You and to the trust of the people.

Deliver us from evil from without and within, for YOURS is the KINGDOM, and THE POWER and THE GLORY FOREVER AND EVER. AMEN! AMEN!
